Storm claims come down to what gets documented. We photograph everything, measure everything, and write a scope for what the storm actually did — then we're standing there when your adjuster comes out to look.

When you call your carrier, you'll have our photographs, our measurements and a written scope of damage in hand. Most people open a claim with a phone call and a rough guess. You won't be.
We're there when your adjuster inspects. We walk the roof together and go through what we found — our scope, our measurements, our pricing, line by line, including the damage that's easy to miss from a ladder.
Tear-off has a way of uncovering things nobody could see from the outside. When it does, we document what we find and submit a supplement with our pricing — the same way we priced everything else.
You pick your colours, our crew installs it right, and we sweep the yard for every nail. Most roofs go on in a single day.

You do — it's your policy. What we do is make sure you're not calling empty-handed: you'll have our photographs, our measurements and a written scope of damage in front of you. If you have questions about your coverage, your agent is the right person to ask.
Nothing. We get on the roof, photograph what we find, and show you the pictures. If the roof is fine we'll tell you it's fine — that happens plenty, and we'd rather you heard it from us. No charge either way.
We're on the roof with them. We walk them through what we documented — our scope, our measurements, our pricing — and we make the case for the work we've priced. Having your contractor up there with photographs beats trying to describe hail damage from the driveway.
Most homes are a single day. Crews start early, strip the old roof, dry it in, and finish the same evening, then sweep the property for nails.
